EEA Family permit

Hi Folks,

I am and indian national on a TIER 4 visa valid uptil 30/10/2012. I am in a GEnuine relationship with a Spanish girl (Indian Origin). we are giving notice of marriage registration next week . Can you help me in understand what kind of questions a registrar might ask.

When married can u enlist the documents to apply EEA Family permit.
