Do I need to disclose "Violations" on the UK Stude

I am an Indian Citizen, I went to USA 2 years ago where I was arrested for
1) Possession of Marijuana for personal use (1g)
2) Having Medicines in Non Original Container ( I had the prescription)

Now I have been admitted to University in UK and I will be applying for a visa. I thought that these convictions would have a negative impact on my visa application so I hired a lawyer in USA who got the Marijuana Charges dismissed. He also asked my lawyer to come back after 2 weeks and for the medicine charge. The judge says that if the medicine charge has any immigration consequences or even if I have to state that in my immigration form he will also dismiss my medicine charge.

So do I have to state anywhere in the immigration form that I have a violation for carrying medicines in non original container.

Also just to be sure will a dismissed marijuana charge have an implication my process?

if you can get the charge dismissed try to get it done, once dismissed you do not have to disclose it anywhere
