ILR at PEO with less than five years

Post by zahid.ali.anwar » Thu Jul 21, 2011 10:08 pm

Hi,

I got my HSMP visa on 5 Sep 2007. I landed in UK on 20 Oct 2007.

My current Tier 1 General visa will take me to 12 sep 2012.

Since there is 90 days gap allowed between visa date and entry clearance, so can I apply for my ILR at PEO?

If so, what is the best date for appointment (tentative will work)

Since the day I landed in UK, I never leave the country even for a single day.

Please advise.

Thanks,

you can submit your ILR 28 days from the date of issue ... since you entered the country within the first three months from the issue date of EC.

So this means that I can apply for my ILR at PEO on 12 Sep 2012.

OR

I can send a postal application for ILR on 12 Sep 2012.

Please advise.
