EEA 4 Need help

Next week Im going to aply for permant resident as a non-eea family member.My son joined us 4months a go with Family permit and had 15years old. My queations ,it possible to incluid my son in my eea4 aplication cause the boy as 15yrs or need himself to apply eea2 than incluiding in my ee4 application?

Apply on form EEA2.
