My husband has a schengen visa granted by Italy and our plans have changed and we now intend to enter Netherlands. (hope that will be ok?)
Netherlands Embassy here told me on the phone that my husband will need to provide address of where he is staying in Netherlands to explain why we've entered there when the schengen was issued by Italy,
I didn't think he would need to provide addresses and the like as he's traveling with me his eu wife (an Irish citizen)
Anyway the travel agent here in morocco said that if we buy one way tickets my husband could be denied entry and deported! that the immigration at the border will want to see a RETURN ticket.
Is this true?
Even though he is spouse/family member of eu national is he still required to travel on a RETURN ticket??????????
and would he be obligated to provide address of where he plans to stay in the Netherlands upon entry?
Please help we need to book our tickets outta here soon!
