Tier 2 dependent visa

Hi,
I am confused and all over the place. Can someone please help me with this.

I am on tier 2 general visa and due to expire in nov 2012. My fiancee is currently in india and we will getting married in this nov and then i will be applying for my wife dependent visa from india.

Could anyone please guide me where i can find all the details like application form and guidance ...documents required for the dependent visa under tier 2 general.

I have been hovering the UKBA website but totally confused where to look. Can someone please guide me the exact link.

Can someone also give me a check list of the document required when applying for the dependent visa.
