PSW dependent visa,different bank statements

Hi,i need to ask some questions about PSW dependet visa.
1) My wife will apply for PSW dependent visa in october 2011 from Pakistan how much maintenace funds do i need to show if it will be 15 months regarding my contineous present(main appilicant) in october,5 months on psw and 10 months as student ?

2)Can i submit data to date statements from 2 different banks of 90 days fulfilling the maintenance requirements?

3) What is the sponsership letter,whats in it and do i really need that?

4) Do i need to show the soliciter singed on the teenacy agreement?

5) Do i need to show the affidavit for my wife?

I would really appreciate you response please ,thank you
