Caution

Post by nehre123 » Fri Jul 29, 2011 12:44 pm

I am about to apply for citizenship and I have received a simple caution back in 2007.
According to Rehabilitation Act simple cautions become spent immediately and caution is not a conviction hence I'm going to tick NO on conviction questions.

However do you I need to declare it on question: "is there anything that indicate you are a person not of good character"?
Has anyone gone through similar situation?

many thanks
