Tier 1 (HSMP) extension- Question relating previous earnings

My tier 1 extension is due 14 months from now.

my UK current salary is not sufficient to claim the points i need.

i have secured 3 consultancy contracts from 3 organizations from 3 different countries.

the money will be paid to my mother country (not UK).

the question is, CAN I CLAIM THE POINTS I WANT PRODUCING THESE FUNDS I'VE RECEIVED FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES?
THE REASON BEHIND THIS IS TO BENEFIT FROM A REDUCED TAX RATE.

ex: live in UK, consutancy contract for an American company, cash paid to say Singapore (my monther country).
can i show the singapore tax records and bank details to claim precious earnings for tier 1 extension.
