I am Non Eu married to Eu for 5 years we were not living together, i was back home for those 5 years and now i just moved to germany 6months ago and i have 5yrs resident permit.. i have found out he has been cheating on me here and he have constant fight everday.. i have been a victim of domestic violence since 3years ago, his making my life a living hell. I have a 4yr old child with him and he hold EU passport as well.. now i want to divorce him coz my son is getting scared everytime his dad comes home.... please advice what should i do

If i divorce him is true that i will get deported back home and he will keep our son.. am really scared of loosing my son. please someone help me....

y did u not reported violence before.
U have to be in Europe for 3 years to b able to stay on spouse visa

thanks for replying I have reported violence already here in germany few weeks ago... the police filed a report talked to him and now he has stopped the physical abusetbut not the verbal abuse... we are still living together. how can i start over. i have the 5 years resident permit. where should i start how? please advice me

sorry to hear that. verbal is still violence. Dont panic u have all the rights to stay there. U just have to stay calm and visit nearest solicitors
