Psw to tier 2 (general) : cos code for restaurant manager

Hi. I am planing to switch visa statu from Psw to tier 2 (general). My company already applied sponsorship and we will get it soon. My position is restaurant manager and been working 1 year and 6 months. My salary is 24k. Can I get Tier 2 (general) if I apply? My COS code has to be graduate level?? I just found out my COS code is not graduate level. I am very confused about COS code. Please give me an answer please!!!

If the occupation is not considered graduate level, then no, you cannot get Tier 2.
