i made an application which was denied, got an IS.151B, but rather appealing at the time, i faxed a letter statting reasons, for the decision to be reconsidered.
i faxed this on the last day, because i couldnt think of anything else to do, as it was the day my lawyers called to say they coulnt take the case any further.

i would like to know:
1. would i get another letter from the HO in regard of this, if they received my letter
2. a letter if they still want to go ahead with issuing me the IS.151B
3. if i could still appeal against this, cos i av sent it over a month ago

Get another solicitor to help you with your immigration matter.UKBA will examine the additional grounds you send them and get back to you.

I don't know why it is taking too long for them to reply.......maybe you have put in strong additional grounds and they are likely to loose if the case goes to appeal.

If someone is detained they normally respond within 3 days i am not familiar the response time if someone isn't being held.

I hope you keep records of all the communication you have with UKBA just incase they say "we did not receive your statement of additional grounds".
