Urgent help on 88 days gap

Post by jpannick » Wed Aug 03, 2011 11:53 am

Hi,

I came to UK in Sep’2006 on WP (ICT) and then I discontinued from UK office and went back to my country in Nov’2007 and getting paid in my country for 88 days. After 88 days gap(calculated from travel dates), I re-joined the same UK company on same WP(ICT).

So I have a gap of 88 days on WP(ICT) and also I was not getting paid in UK for 88 days and nor even got salary slips for those period.

Please can you suggest if there is any problem in filling ILR on Sep'2011.

Thanks in advance.
Regards

Thanks for providing the link. I have gone through this link and seen the maximum 90 days gap criteria.

Actually my worry is that I left the UK company & UK and after 88 days I re-joined the same company on same WP(ICT).

Do you see any problem if someone leave UK for 88 days and come back on the existing WP(ICT) and joined the same company.

Thanks for your suggestions and reply

As it's less than 90 days, why do you continue to think that it's a problem? 20A is also applicable.

Thank you very much Vinny. I think it should be fine.
Can you suggest one more thing regarding employment letter whether employment letter should show I was from from sep'06 to Nov'07 and then Feb'08 to present.

Or the other way is that I should not mention working from date in employment letter. please suggest.

Please can someone suggest whether employment letter should show I was working from sep'06 to Nov'07 and then Feb'08 to present.

Is it mandatory to mention working from date in employer letter? what will be the concequences if employer doesn't mention working from date in employment letter. please suggest.

Thanks in advance.
