Hi Guys

i am doing my M.SC international business from Scotland. i have finished all my subjects and i am currently doing my Dissertation i have to submit it on sep 29 2011 my visa is expiring on 31st of October.as mentioned in my uni calender i am suppose to get my results in 4 weeks of submission time but it never happens it get delayed always with out any notification. so i have to go back to India and start my deposit and apply from their will be able to apply from there or would there be any restrictions... or is there any other way for me to apply from here... PLEASE help me with this

when did your course start? Have you been given an extension to submit your dissertation?

Have you talked with your university visa service? You may be able to get your student visa extended for few months (to attend graduation) and once you get ur results u can apply for PSW (asusming that's what u want). This will allow u to remain in UK without having to return to India.
