PSW to Tire2 (worked for employer less than 6month)

Hi All,
does any one have any idea for switching PSW to tire2 general but it's about 5months till expired date of my PSW visa?

Do I have other options?

you can still switch but if you have been working for the employer for less than 6 months you will have to meet the RLMT unless the job is on the shortage occupation list.
