i am planning to book an ILR appointment at solihull PO online.

do i need to add my dependents as family group or not.
do my dependents needs to attend this appointment. is it required?

i am on WP(non-pbs)

Yes you NEED TO include all the dependents name for the appointment. this step is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
I dont know what you mean by family group. AFAIK, you need to add each individuals name which also asks for their date of birth.

I am not sure about whether the dependents need attending the appointment so cant comment on that.

Rang UKBA and they said

1). yes, all the dependents should be included as family group. i had registered myself only before but now decided to include my dependents.
2). no, they dont need to attent appointment with me.
