Is there a specific salary stated in your contract of employment?

Check the appropriate soc code for your job and see if your salary is more than this minimum amount specified for the soc code.

yes there is a basic salary which is above minimum requirements.. should I put only my basic salary ? not to add the over time since it is enough and above SOC code ? .. and what about the over time ?

you could get a letter from your employer stating your basic salary and that is above the soc code. you could also get them to add on in that letter what you've been paid for over time and that it's also at a rate equal to or above minimum rate for your soc code

It appears your query is with reference to Question 5.3 of SET(O).
For that give figure of latest month by including overtime.
Object of this question to see the possibility of recourse to public funds and it is not in the context points of earnings.

so you think better to put last month's salary ? .. ok .. but what I want to say that for example last 3 months salaries are not equal ... as I had different overtime hours ...

Put figure of latest month or average of 12 moths - the period for which points are being claimed - either way including overtime.

It is non issue in your case - Hence do that in which you feel comfortable.
Case worker is most likely not to look into this page of SET(O).

There are hundreds of posts of PEO experience and none contain any query by case worker on this aspect. Relax.
