Tier 2 dependent visa

Hi ,
My wife had pursued MBBS and PG in pathology from India.
Currently she is in London on Tier 2 dependent visa.
Is she entitled to work here in medical related job on contract or permanant basis?

Please advise

On the same note, is it possible for a spouse coming in under Tier 2 ICT dependant visa to go to school i.e. pursue a masters programme while in the UK? Or would a study visa be necessary?
