Where do i complain against Visa fraud ?

Post by kunwar » Tue Aug 09, 2011 5:39 am

In the case of the larger topic, you can click on the link where I have mentioned how my wife has fraudulently taken my kids to the UK, and now I have to wait for a long court process before I see them again.

In order to get my kids back as soon as possible, the one thing I could do is alert the British authorities that my wife’s sister has plans to get married in the UK and stay on forever. I have her wedding cards and 3500 photos of her marriage in 2008, which ended in a divorce, and now I know that my wife’s sister has not mentioned all this in her status when applying for a UK Visa.

My kids will stay in London indefinitely if I don’t put enquiries on my wife’s family, who are used to doing fraudulent things. Which departments can mail ? Can I get a specific office, or email, or name of any executive, social or political worker, immigration council, police, Embassy, Border Agency etc ?

What business has your ex-wife's sisters marriage plans got to do with you?

How are you certain they obtained their visas fraudulently?

Why does she need your consent to return home to her family? It could be for a holiday, you don't know that. It sounds like she had a lucky escape from you.

Google is great, you should try it.

Monifue, being a senior member, you should not be jumping to conclusions just because i dont want to waste the time of the board with my history.

We have a litigation on, and under such circumstances, neither spouse is supposed to leave the country without the others consent. The Visas have been obtained fraudulently because she and her sister told me she was going within India for a Holiday and i trusted her with it.

Thirdly, Im not concerned with her, but my minor daughters. This point is that i may not see my minor daughters again for a very long time. There is a lot more to say, but Im sticking to the point, and i would appreciate it if you just stick to the point, if you have any way you can help me

They were not obtained fraudulently. Just because she lied to you about where she was going, does not mean she defrauded the UK to obtain a visa.

I'll leave it at that. You seem to know what you are doing in the courts, I doubt there would be much advice for your situation from anyone on these boards.
