ILR and Biometric

Post by zahid.ali.anwar » Tue Aug 09, 2011 5:23 am

Hi,

If a person is on Tier 1 general visa. His initial entry clerance was HSMP post Nov 2006. Do he and his family have to give biometrics again at the time of ILR? What if he is applying at PEO. As many posts in the forum suggests that there is no need to take family on ILR appointment.

Please advise.
The question is... to be or not to be....
