UK family Visit

Post by divyakhadye » Tue Aug 09, 2011 3:45 pm

Hi,
my Name is Divya.
Im Planning to apply for a UK Family Visit Visa.
my mom has a ILR for uk.

ive been earlier Rejected to a Child settlement Visa,
so is it a good idea to apply for a Family Visit?

Im aware that the question of returning Back arises, But now the circumstances have changed.

I work with Indigo Stupid, also I have my graduation to complete.
i'd appreciate if you could suggest something?

You can try and applying for a family visit, but your previous application would be taken into consideration.

Whilst the ECO may take into consideration your current circumstances in the fact that you have a job or a graduation, I am afraid it does not alter the situation significantly to convince him to grant a family visit visa.

I hope I am proved wrong though.
