Need urgent help! Applying for Tier 1 PSW from the US

Hi everyone

I have all my materials ready to apply but now confused as to how I should submit my application (I am in the US) I have both appendix 4 tier 1 and VA59 filled out in paper.

Howeer, it says for my country I need to apply online. Do I need to submit my fee online? When I went through the online application it reached a point where I have to pay a $794 fee , but I thought the visa fee for psw tier 1 is 474? I thought I just have to send all my materials by mail to an address?

I would really appreciate if someone can give me step by step guidance as to what I should do now. I have all my materials ready now just confused as to the next steps.

The fee is £474 GBP which is US $794 you pay in local currency.

The process is different for each country but once you submit your online form you usually make an appt for your biometrics. they should give you an address to submit the documents or in some countries, you submit the documents when you attend your biometrics appt. I believe in the US they do give you a separate address to submit the docs to.
