hi there first of all thank you for looking at my post i am new and just joined this fourm i found its seems very usefull and also safe to get the information.

i have few technical question and i hope the senior member or the expert will answer my question.

I am going to apply BC on the basis of spouse of a britsh citizen but i am seeking help and can i apply my BC little bit earlier because i visited the uk many times before i endeterd into on spouse visa, i have red in this fourm that any legal stay count toward resident period IS THAT POSSIBLE I am requesting any expert to answer my question because i dont want to wast my money toward fee

thank you vinny yes i do have ILR and i also counted that i have not absent more then 195 in 3 years and also ZERO absent in last 12 mounth. will it work fine?

Should be okay. You must also be in the UK at the start of your qualifying period, three years prior to when the UKBA receive the naturalisation application.

yes vinny i have red the guidence note and other info regarding BC on ukba website. i hve one question when i can start my enter date because they are many but i have to cover 3 year complete.

i visited the uk for 3 days in dec 2008 (from 22 to 24th dec) so i it means i can send my application on 21st of dec 2011 and i will recieve y HO on 22 is that ok please confirm me thanks.

yes i can understand about the timing but IF application reached homeoffice on 22nd of december it shuld be ok. because i am seding via special delivery gurrnentes so it should be ok. other wise i would have to wait untill march april 11th 2012.

I agree that if you post Special Delivery on Wednesday 21.12.11, and it arrives at UKBA in Liverpool on Thursday 22.12.11, your qualifying period will start on 23.12.08, and as you were physically in the UK on that date, applying at that time looks OK.

Of course other tests to pass.

yes i will do that i have ILR, I have passed KOL test, we are still married, and i have absent undre the limit, i dont have any criminal recored.

any idea how long dose it take to process the application.

I don't doubt it, but say .... drive carefully! And check, and re-check, that you are insured to drive! On this board I have seen too much anguish from those prevented from applying for Naturalisation, for years!
