ILR: Away from UK for more than 100 days on Business

Dear All,

I was away from the UK for more than 100 days (in a single strech) as my company has ordered me to work on client locations in Germany.

The company has alredy provided a letter stating that I was away from <Start Date> and <End Date> for business purpose. Moreover, My passport has a Gemran WorkPermit which was a prerequisite by German Authorities to carry out work in the Germany.

However, I am want to make sure that this Letter from the company will be considered by UKBA while considering my ILR application.

Further, according to guidelines, anything conntinuous duration more than 3 months will make me 'not eligible' for ILR.

Can you please advise me if its worthwhile to pursue ILR application?
Any advice / suggestions?
