Dear Members, I wish to ask question regarding benefits entitlement for a full time post graduate student having two kids. Both the kids and spouse is subject to immigration control. Husband is doing part time job and claiming CTC. WTC and Housing Benefit. Which benefit will be effected or there will be no benefit at all?
