need help regarding EEA2 family permit

Post by aadil » Mon Aug 15, 2011 5:01 pm

hello everyone
i am 24 years old non-eu national and came to uk in 2007 on international student visa. I have recently graduated from the university of Hertfordshire and now planning to start my masters in the same university. My father is a German national and has been sponsoring me for my studies and living since i came to Uk. Now he moved to UK 2 months ago and working full time here. We are living in a same household in London and still dependent on him. My student visa is going to end in October 2011.

Am i eligible to apply for a EEA resident card?

Wrong forum.

Ask it in the EEA-Route Applications forum for more detailed replies.

But in my opinion the answer is: Yes.

You are clearly a financially dependent family member of an EEA national exercising Treaty Rights.
