Urgent Help required for PSWTier1(Post Study Work) Dependent

I am working in UK and have come back to India for my wedding and have just got married
I am currently on post study work visa.
1) do we need to change my wife's name in her passport? is it necessary? will it make any difference while applying for dependent visa?
2) Do I need to show my Income in the letter from my employer? What kind of income I should show over there to sponsor my wife?
3) For dependent can I show 1600pounds in Fix deposits under the joint name of my father and myself?
4) Do I require any letter other then
i) From Landlord for accommodation, that he doesn't have any problem with my wife staying with me over there.
ii) From employer. What should be the content of the letter from my employer.

It would be of great help if anyone can advice me something on this.

1)no ( enclose marriage certificate)
2)no (just show your bank statement)
3) the money should be held in your account or joint with your wife.(experts am i right in this point ?)
4)no, i)just show tenency agreement.
4)ii) employer letter not needed, for your satisfaction get the letter from emplyer that your annual salary is xxxxx.
