Referees for Irish Citizenship

Hi,

I have a query about filling the Citizenship form.

In the Referree section they ask fot 3 Irish person to refer you.

1 ) Would there be any issue if a foreign born naturalised Irish citizen fill that column.

2 ) Should all 3 refree should know you since last 5 years

so ar i know they should be irish citizens

Referees must be Irish it does not matter wether they are Irish by birth or naturalisation.
