My wife's name on her birth certificate is different from that on her passport but there is no official document registering the change. She is in mid thirties.
She has never used her birth name on official documents and is able to provide the passport and the marriage certificate as proof of ID.
Will this cause a problem regarding forms 47SK and 80 when applying for skilled independent migration to Oz (I will be the primary applicant).
If so, what can/should we do to resolve this.
Advice much appreciated.
