Qualifying period for BC

Post by maximux79 » Fri Aug 19, 2011 3:38 pm

Hi All, As per the standard requirements for applying BC, its stays that one must be in UK for 5 years before the date of application.

Does this mean, I'm eligiblible for applying (I got ILR in July 2011, after entering UK in JUn 2006, I have completed 5 years in UK)?

Cheers

Another requirement (unless you are married to a British citizen) is that you had ILR for 1 year before applying so you could only apply in July 2012 (assuming you meet all the other requirements too)
