Hi,

I am currently in UK on Tier1 general migrant visa, my wife is applying dependent visa, For address proof i am giving rental agreement and electrol registry given by council, is this enough?

You don't need payslips, rental agreements for dep visa.

1. 3 months bank statements showing that you had enough funds
2. marraige certificate
3. some photos (Engagement, Marriage, Reception, any tour photos)
4. some chat transcripts or mobile bills that you are in constant touch
5. Any gift receipts or western union money transfer receipts if you sent her money for maintenance are more than enough

I think these are more than enough. I got around 3 friends who showed the above proofs and got their visas.
