In Discretionary Leave can we use Public Fund ?

i just want to ask you that if we have discretionary leave, so can we allow to use public fund (jobseeker allows,housing allow,child benefit,child tax credit)

"We" have discretionary leave? You mean that applies to both you and your partner/spouse?

Also, the nationality of you, and your partner/spouse?

hi "We" means i have and my child have discretionary leave.
i am single parent and i and my child have indian nationality, my chld born in uk and both of we are living in uk from last 6 years

What does your visa say? Does it say "No recourse to Public Funds"?
