When to apply for Naturalisation?

I have originally made my application for asylum in the UK on the 3rd February 2003. I was granted humanitarian protection on the 6th July 2006 I have since been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK on the 22nd July 2011. My question is how soon can I apply for naturalisation as a UK Citizen?

I have also recently passed the Life In The UK test.
