You're automatically British, unless your parent(s) were foreign diplomats.

Just apply for a passport.

Dear Vinny

I have contacted the embassy, and i am suprised by the answer given by them, they say that only my uk birth certificate is not enough to apply for a passport, they need the birth certificates o ma biological parents (who were born and bred in the uk) as well as their naturalization documents, which i dont have, :?

looks like i cant apply for it

Thanks again for all the helps and advices

Kind Regards

Peter

Get your biological parents' birth certificates from England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Were they married to each other?

If your birth cerificate is not sufficient, then it may be worthwhile also getting confirmation of British nationality.

very many thanks for the links

I hope i can get my parents birth certificates

Kind regards

Peter
