Query on UK Tier2 Visa

Hello

I just got CoS approved from UKBA, and I got apply for visa in India.I have some queries and appreciate if someone could answer.

1. My original degree was misplaced by postal and I applied again. But the university had provided me DUPLICATE "Original Degree" as they can not issue original "Original Degree" once again. Will this be an issue? if Yes, what alternatives are available to me? I can't give IELTS/TOFEL with in short duration as I am on business travel mostly and don't know whether I will be available in India on test date.

I saw somewhere that "Academic Reference Letter" plus transcripts for all 4 years will do, is there any particular template for "Academic Reference Letter" and any particular authority must sign it, I am afraid that my VISA may be rejected if I do not furnish right document with signature from right authority.

2. Is there any time limit to enter UK after I receive Tier 2 Visa? I may have to stay in India few months after getting Visa. Is it possible?

3. Is the 10th certificate mandatory? as it is considered as important document for proof of date of birth. I have other documents like Passport, PAN card as proof of DOB.

4. Is original degree required even if I provide IELTS/TOEFL score as proof of english skills?

5. How long does it take to get an appointment for visa interview after I apply.

6. Is Biometric done on same day and same place on visa interview day

7. Are pay slips and bank statement etc documents are mandatory for Tier 2 also? as it is sponsored by my employer in UK? if these are mandatory, will there be any impact if I have many deductions EMIs in the statement.
