Moving to UK.

Hi all!


I'm Quincy and I'm from the Netherlands.
Next summer (2012) I want to move with my Polish girlfriend to UK.

We're now living together in the Netherlands but we've a couple questions before we going to the UK.


- UK, Holland and Poland is in europe. Do we need to have a special visa?
- Where do we need to register for the TAX, GP and everthing?
- What kind of things are important to do when we're in UK? Like sign up at JobCentrePlus.


I hope somebody have experience and give me advice.

Both of you are EU Citizens and therefore have a Treaty Right to live and work in any EEA country, including the UK.

Suggest you post again a couple of weeks before you intend to move to the UK, to get up-to-date advice on what to do after the two of you arrive.

Have the two of you visited the UK, for a holiday? Any idea where in the UK you will move to?
