SMS confirmation

Dear all,

I have taken appointments over the phone and have received SMS confirmation immediately after the phone call.

But I understand from some of my friends that we also receive a SMS reminder few days before the actual appointment.

I have not received such reminder till time of writing.

My appointment is on the 30th August early morning and since we have a bank holiday weekend I cannot check with the appointments phone line also.

I am a little worried.

Do all people get the SMS reminder ?

How many days before do we get a reminder?

PEO appointment on Tuesday morning.

Appointment taken on phone.
