Gap between one course to the other

Hi all i wont to know what is the gap to take a new course

firstly my course finished at the end of Aprill i have done my level 5 exam and was going to level 6 exam but unfortunately the college change awarding body in mid of june we had 8 assignment to be subited which was done properly the transcript was issued on 11 august 2011 i did my english test and got the result on 26 of august and also my CAS enrolment for the new course as well
My new course starts on the 26 september 2011
My visa expired on 29 aug 2011
i posted everything on the 27 aug which was saturday and also as monday was bank holiday the home office has receive it today
will there any problem and also i want to know if the gap between the end and start of the course will be an issue
many thanks i do hope to get some responds here as i need it please thanks

It will not matter as you leave will be considered to have continued from the 27th when you posted the application. Neither will the gap between your courses matter as when your previous course finished you would have been allowed to remain for a period no longer than six months if your leaved expired in six months or less.

Furthermore, it's worth noting that Late Tier 4 applications are readily acceptable. However there is no right of appeal, and the applicant needs to understand the general problems of being an overstayer.
