Naturalisation for Child

Post by rentmeda » Thu Sep 01, 2011 12:19 pm

My son 4yrs old has ILR along with us, he was born in the UK. But he has been away from the UK for alleast 2 years in the last 4 years.

My question is there any time that he has to spend continously in the UK before we can apply for his Naturalisation or can do it straight away.

If he was born in the UK and you now have ILR he can be registered as British. There is no residence period requirement.

Yes.
Winning isn't everything, but wanting to win is.
