My case is
HSMP bn 05/Oct/2006 - 05/Oct/2008
Entered UK on 01/Nov/2006
Extended as Tier 1(Gen) bn 05/Oct/2008 - 05/Oct/2011

Can any one please advice me, which one I should tick in SET(O) form:

on Pg3:PAYMENT DETAILS:SET(O)

I am in same situation and I think it should be NO as we havde Tier1 general visa for the extension after the initial HSMP EC

please clarify this as it is realy confusing us?
