Visa expired

Hello everybody.Wanna ask few questions.I am live with my wife in Northern Ireland (UK).My visa is allready expired.I know that i need send some paper to Liverpool in immigration office.Can somebody say me which blank or paper i need to send,if somebody have link it will be good.How long it's take time ? and witch document i need send more with blank ? thanks everybody for help and answers.

There is not nearly enough information in your post. I think you need to say what type of visa or residence permit you had before it expired. How long your held it and when it expired (date). You could also say what nationality your wife is, or her immigration status in NI.

Sorry about that.I am NON EU CITIZEN latvian,My wife is latvian citizen.UK embassy give me 6 month family permit visa ,it's was over 2 month ago...

You need to apply for a Residence Card for a non-EEA family member of an EEA citizen.

You do not need to apply for it, but it makes travel and working a lot easier.

Yes, and for the application you'll need to provide evidence that your Latvian partner is exercising treaty rights.

Hey, hopefully you've been able to find all the information you need, if not it's the EEA2 form you need to use to apply and the proof of exercising treaty rights is that your wife must have been working.

So you'll need her payslips and maybe a letter from her employer.
