Indian passport surrender certificate - Wrong details

Indian passport surrender certificate - Wrong details

Hi, Not surprised at all but unfortunately they have put my father's name wrong in the passport surrender certificate. How do I go about this? please suggest.

I do not know why supposedly educated people make these kind of mistakes, not once but twice. First they did this when I got my Indian passport renewed. I had to get this corrected and now with surrender certificate.

You will have to send it back to VFS to have it corrected.
