TIER 1 GENERAL EXTENSION

HI All

I am on Tier 1 general expiring in May 2012

I have my wife as well . I got my visa for Bombay and my wife got her dependent visa from Chennai.

1:Should i have to do my extension in my respective cities or can i do here .

2:My wife i pregnant she will be going to india after 2 months . Can i send her the papers and can she extend there.

Please let me know the procedure.
I have no issues for anything i work as a consultant with American Express

You can't apply to extend Tier 1 leave from outside the UK. Your dependants can apply from inside or outside the UK.

Your dependant(s) can "extend" from within the UK only but may instead apply for "entry clearance" (again) if their current leave expires while they are abroad.

You (main migrant) - as Lucapooka has already mentioned.
