Unable to print interactive / online application form

I'm applying for ILR on form Set O, I just booked my appointment online and it gave me the following instructions:

"Print and sign the official form and bring it to your appointment. To do this, click Continue below."

Though once I clicked continue, I didn't get anything other than the list showing my appointment? No form to sign and print. Any idea on where this is?

Also, I read that you can apply for Set O online. but I can't seem to get past the page where it gives me the form to download on paper. Is anyone else having this trouble, am I missing something?

Google SET O. The second item is full set o form will all information you will need on how to fill it.
