Tier 1 visa extension-ukba rules

Hi,
Accept my sincere appoligies for asking same question which might have been asked here before.
I have tier 1 visa which expired 2012. Im in incountry.
Will i be allowed to extend visa under tier 1 incountry , as tier 1 has now been closed.

Im very worried about this issue, i will greatly appreciate reply.

I got my tier 1 visa because of suggestions admin gave me here, it was great. I hope you can help me one more time.

I cant find details of extesnion on ukba website. If its not too much hastle could to post link or direct me to older post that shows i would be able to extend.
