Hi, I am still new to the forum but really looking forward to receiving wise advice
I have got an contract from German registered international company, however I have currently received the news from my employer that my work permit has been rejected.
Basically the HR has taken care of the whole process, so I have no idea why I have been rejected. It is also quite unusual since almost every other non EU employee has got the permit successfully.
I also heard about in some cases when the authority rejects, and if the employer insist and try second time to defend the applicants, they might get the permit.
My questions to summarize is
1.Is it a good idea to ask the HR to try to defend again for the second time ? Is there any suggestions as to do it properly
2. My profile is
From Asia
Master degree in European business school, Bachelor in Finance
One year internship working experience in Europe and one year full time in home country
The position I've been offered to is an entry level BA in an international company
If anybody can assess and inform me the chances of obtaining the work permit and how to best do it
Thank you very much
