I am on HSMP from 2005. My ILR was refused since I was more that 365 dasy out of country.

My visa is valid upto Jan 2012 and is decided to not to proceeds for UK PR.
What happned to my UK tax and NI deduction of last 7 year.

Can I get the same back and how .

Only excess tax paid can be claimed back.

.... as sushdmehta says though you can only claim back what you have overpaid not what you have paid in in total!
