Spouse visa- 2 years probationary period.

Post by unknown » Tue Sep 13, 2011 1:05 pm

hello/hi

I just want to ask :

Is it ok to travel outside the UK during the probationary period? and how long?
the reason for the question is:
my cousin sister got her spouse visa on 23.09.2009 and she entered UK in November 2009. her visa is expiring on 23.12.2011. she is going abroad for 7 weeks on 20th sept and will b back in November.

can anybody tell me if 7 weeks would create a problem for her LTR?

your comments will be much appreciated!!!

thanx in advance

have a good day!!!
