My appeal was allowed in london concerning PSW on the 2d of August 2011 . However, there are still no news from HO. How can I accelerate the process of obtaining my visa? I need to go home asap as my ill parent isn't well.

appeals are usually heard within 4 weeks of the appeal being lodged with the tribunal.

it can take between 1-4 weeks to receive the determination from the tribunal and another 2-8 weeks, sometimes longer, for UKBA to issue the residence permit if the appeal is allowed.

I'd advice you to contact the team that originally refused your visa and ask them to implement the appeal and mention your situation.


Only do so if you are sure UKBA have not sought permission to appeal.
