Tier 1 General Dependant - child born in the UK

Post by pgnzee » Wed Sep 14, 2011 1:14 am

Dear Fellows

I need help in filling form for my dependant baby who was born in Jan 2011. His parents has already valid visa of Tier 1 General. There are some confusing question in filling form which are as under;
1. Immigration History: Did the dependant obtain entry clearance or visa before entering the UK?
2. Where did the dependant obtain entry clearance or a visa before travelling to the UK?
3. Visa valid from __________ Valid until_____________?
4. Please entre the reference no. Of the visa?
5. Are either the dependant’s current and or any one of his her previous passport show his her current leave unavailable?
6. What is the dependant’s current immigration status in the UK?

What documents should I need to supply with the application?

If you wish the baby to return to UK, then the baby requires a leave to enter / remain.
